Refund Policy

1 General Policy

St. Arnold's Alumni Association operates a strict no-refund policy. All payments made for membership fees, event registrations, donations, and other services are final and non-refundable. Refund will be processed only if your registration is cancelled or your event attendance refused by the adminstration.

2 Scope

This applies to annual and lifetime membership fees, event registration fees (reunions, dinners, seminars, workshops), donations and contributions, merchandise purchases (if applicable), and any other fees or charges collected through the Website.

3 No Refunds

Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend an event, dissatisfaction with services, technical issues, duplication of payments, or change in membership plans.

4 Event Cancellation

If the Association cancels an event entirely and does not offer a rescheduled date, registered participants may be offered credit towards a future event, transfer of registration, or complimentary extension of membership benefits. However, monetary refunds will not be provided.

5 Transfer of Registration

No form, sort or manner of transfer of Registration or its documents, whether for an event or the membership is authorized. All registration amounts are non-resellable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
